This company is engaged in the provision of construction and development services. It was established in 1970. The company is headquartered in Benissa, Spain. It specialises in the development of residential complexes, creating a concept which was completely new in the region: developments with green spaces, leisure areas with tennis courts, riding stables, shopping centres with restaurants and large swimming pools and discotheques like "El Vinasol", well known in the area. Diversification of lines of business has also been a constant throughout its existence; it has vested interests in carpentry and metalwork companies, food distribution, telecommunications, installations, construction of shopping centres and sports facilities and management of their subsequent leasing, children's play areas and marinas, schools, etc.
