The company is primarily engaged in the development of real estate. It was incorporated in 1992 and has its registered office in Benissa, Spain. The company has a broad experience in the property development sector, and is capable of designing, planning, marketing and constructing homes in the beautiful spots of the Mediterranean, specifically, in the north of Costa Blanca. It also offers a wide range of property which includes apartments, plots of land and detached houses mostly located in Poble Nou de Benitachell, between the towns of Jávea and Moraira. The company has sold more than 8,000 houses in 11 residential estates located in the towns of Calpe, Benissa, Jávea and Benitachell.
